We focus on raising each athlete’s ceiling while building confidence, resilience, and leadership on and off the field.
We believe sports are a powerful tool for personal growth. Our goal is to develop the person first and the athlete second while creating meaningful opportunities for athletes and families through mentorship, competition, and community.

Habit Athletics instructors bring a unique combination of high-level playing experience and professional coaching backgrounds. Our staff includes former Division I football athletes with years of experience coaching, mentoring, and teaching young athletes.
More than just trainers, our instructors serve as mentors and role models. With experience in both athletics and education, they focus on proper development, leadership, and building the habits that help athletes succeed in sports and in life.

Habit Athletics offers athletic development programs for athletes ages 6 and up, designed to support players at every stage of their growth. Training focuses on both foundational and sport-specific skills including speed, agility, coordination, footwork, and football technique.
Athletes can participate in one-on-one training, small group sessions, camps, and organized leagues, providing opportunities for personalized development while also building confidence through team competition.
